Unitized curtain-wall systems and solid/composite cladding panels are different production lines. Confirm the supplier actually fabricates what your facade package needs — a panel mill is not automatically a system fabricator.

For a facade, generic certificates aren't enough. Request project-specific air / water / wind / seismic test reports, and for composite panels the fire-classification report (e.g. A2 / B-grade core) that your local code requires.

- Aluminium veneer is a single solid aluminium sheet (typically 2–4 mm) folded into a panel; ACP (aluminium composite panel) is two thin aluminium skins bonded to a core. Veneer is more rigid and fire-favourable; ACP is lighter and cheaper. Confirm fire class for your code.
- Can Chinese factories meet our facade fire code?
- Many export-grade factories supply A2 / fire-rated cores and provide classification reports. Always request the test report for the exact panel and core you are buying — request via RFQ.
