Production (operations may not commence without prior approval from the environmental authority) and sale of: aluminum sheets, aluminum strips, color-coated aluminum coils, aluminum-plastic composite panels, Class B1 fire-resistant panels, Class A2 fire-resistant panels, color stone metal roof tiles, face masks, and meltblown fabric; sale of plastic pellets, polymer materials, plastic products, protective films, and molecular films; processing of aluminum ceilings and aluminum snap-in panels (operations may not commence without prior approval from the environmental authority); ordinary road freight transport (to be operated on the basis of a road transport business license); import and export of goods and technology. (Items prohibited or subject to prior administrative approval under laws, regulations, or State Council decisions are excluded from the above scope.)
