How does MERCOSUL anti-dumping on Chinese aluminum frames work?

Brazil's official in-force list retrieved 2026-09-02 has no anti-dumping measure on Chinese aluminum extrusions (HS 7604/7608/7610). Circulating ~14.4% 'AD on profiles' numbers match a different product (rolled aluminum CVD). Brazil MFN/TEC was not retrieved this round, so the lookup shows that rate as pending rather than guessing 0 or copying another market.

What is UFLPA and does it apply to aluminum?

The Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (US, 2022) creates a rebuttable presumption that goods produced in Xinjiang or by listed entities are inadmissible.
